Healthy Recipies

Lightly Fried Whole Fish/w shrimp

! whole small Fish  

1/2 teaspoonful (fine ground) pink Himalayan salt or pescado (fish) seasoning

1/2 teaspoonful  ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoonful garlic powder

1/2 cup vegetable oil

Shrimp

6 peeled/deveined Lg shrimp

season with 1/2 teaspoonful  garlic powder

1/2 teaspoonful (fine ground) pink Himalayan

salt

Heat vegetable oil in Lg skillet

cook fish in hot oil until done and slightly crispy

Shrimp-

3 tablespoonfuls Olive oil

(fine ground) pink Himalayan salt

1/2 lemon (squeezed)

1/2 teaspoonful fresh rosemary

1 pinch seafood or pescado   seasoning 

Heat olive oil in small skillet

add seasoned shrimp & cook  for 5 minutes or until firm

Serve with jasmine rice,

steamed string beans & steamed grape tomatoes
